THE 4 DAY
MENOPAUSE MOTIVATION
RESET
Welcome to Menopause Motivation.
This is more than a diet, its about using nutrition and fitness as the foundations of a midlife transformation.
Many of us experience weight gain during menopause, and not knowing how to control it can hugely affect the quality of your life.
But despite how distressed we can feel about it, we can’t summon the motivation to change.
The most common reasons for low motivation are these:
The stress and overwhelm you feel day to day makes dieting feel too hard.
You’re not sure what works anymore and can’t decide what approach to take
You can’t cope with the idea of being hungry and feeling deprived
You rely on food to cope with tiredness, low mood, and feeling frustrated and stuck and simply can’t break those habits.
You want more than weight loss - but you’re not sure what that is right now

Worrying about your weight and trying to find a way to stick to a diet is one of the biggest things you think about
You can’t cope with feeling hungry and deprived anymore, and know that restrictive dieting isn’t the right thing for you now, but you’re scared to let go of that way of thinking, in case you gain even more weight
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
FROM THIS COURSE
Why we know we need to lose weight, but despite being worried about it, and watching our weight creep up, we still can’t change
How being stuck in the mindset of eat less and move more, works against us when we hit menopause
Why our willpower fails us when we need it most
Why so many of us start to doubt we’ll ever be able to change, and how common thoughts like, it’s your hormones, your metabolism, that you have hidden food intolerances or that it just won’t work for you, are holding you back
The 5 things that are stopping you from sticking to a healthier diet and how to fix them
How I recovered my motivation after watching my weight creep up for 2 years and finally lost 30lb in 10 months and how realising that only focusing on weight loss was the reason I’d been struggling. I needed something more powerful to motivate me to change - and I’ll tell you what that was.
MY STORY
This is the culmination of a 7 year journey that started when I finally realised that the anxiety, overwhelm and cravings I was struggling with, were caused by perimenopause. A life-long dieter I was losing control of my body, my mind and my willpower. Unable to find answers online, I retrained as a Personal Trainer to find the answers myself.
I opened the doors to my gym after lockdown ended and was inundated with new clients; women in their 40s and 50s who were going through the same struggles as me, a realisation that blew my mind, and ultimately changed my life.
Until then, I thought I was the problem, but this told me the same things were affecting us all - and that’s when I started to discover what was really holding us back.
From my own experience and from working with 100s of women, I’ve learned that regaining a sense of control over our body, mind and our relationship with food in mid-life is essential for us to truly thrive in midlife and beyond.
My journey has become less about losing weight, and more about rediscovering my passion for life, getting out of my comfort zone and challenging myself. I may be 53, but this process has helped me realise that I can achieve anything I want if I put my mind to it.
Now my family has grown, I’m enjoying putting myself first, learning what makes me feel alive and feeling free to pursue my passions without feeling guilty. On a personal level that means training for endurance events, experimenting with sports nutrition, camping, travel and learning Italian.
In my business, my mission is to help as many mid-life women as possible find freedom from restrictive dieting, learn how to reclaim their motivation and drive for life, and create the energy, drive and confidence to get back into the driving seat of their lives, and find the next direction they’re heading for.
